Stay exactly as you are
Twelve more months at the bottom of what owners tell me they pay, and still no answer to what any of it is doing.
Digital marketing and AI consultancy
The 90-Day Marketing & AI Plan. Half a day at your table with me, one written plan you keep, £1,200 once. Built by somebody who has started four businesses and sold one, not just run the campaigns.
What owners tell me
"We pay them every month and I couldn't tell you one job that came from it."
"I messaged them on Tuesday. Still waiting."
"Everyone keeps going on about AI and I haven't got a spare evening to work out which bit is for me."
Most of the owners I meet through Action Marketing are paying a digital marketing agency between £500 and £1,000 a month. They wait days for replies. The fee and the ad spend go out with little or nothing coming back, and nobody at the agency has ever gone above and beyond for them. They don't need another agency. They need somebody who has run businesses of his own to sit down for half a day and tell them straight what to stop, what to start, and what to hand to a machine.
The cost of doing nothing
Twelve more months at the bottom of what owners tell me they pay, and still no answer to what any of it is doing.
A new logo on the invoice, the same wait for a reply, and the same guesswork about what is bringing anyone in.
Half a day with me, then a written plan that names where the money leaks, what's actually working, and what to do for the next 90 days in order.
Book a callThe £6,000 and £12,000 are twelve months at £500 and £1,000, the range Action Marketing's clients tell me they've paid agencies. Your number sits somewhere in there. The plan is a recommended price, and we agree it on the call before anything else happens.
Why this exists
I've spent nearly ten years in digital marketing and I've started four businesses of my own. One of them I took from scratch to six figures and sold. So when an owner tells me they're paying an agency between £500 and £1,000 a month and can't name a customer it brought in, I don't hear a marketing problem. I hear somebody who has never been shown their own numbers.
The plan is half a day of the way I already work with clients. I want to understand your business first, where it has come from and who it sells to, before I look at a single campaign. Then we find the pain, work out how much it's actually costing you, and I write down what to do about it, in the order to do it, with the AI tools that fit each job. You walk away holding the plan. It's yours whether or not we ever work together again.
I'm a Chartered Marketer with a Masters in Advertising and Marketing. Most of my week goes on building AI agents and systems that solve real business problems, so the AI part of your plan comes from somebody who builds the things, not somebody who read about them.
The offer, in ten seconds
Four hours of my time at the £300 an hour I charge for advice, with the writing thrown in. No retainer, no card on the site, no upsell at the end.
The method
Where you've come from, who you sell to, what you've already tried.
Where the fee and the ad spend go with nothing coming back.
What is actually bringing people in. Measured, not felt.
The next 90 days in order, with the tool for each job.
The number each action should move, so you can tell if it's working.
Track record
No client logos or testimonials on this page yet. When there's one I can stand behind with a name attached, it goes here.
